The BGBM provides a standardized MS Excel form for rapid data entry in situations where direct access to the central collection databases is not available. The form is typically used for data capture during field trips or in collections without network connections. The form fields are derived from the ABCD standard for international collection data exchange as well as its ABCDDNA extension. Please adhere strictly to the specifications given in the documentation file.
