Including external HTML content

External html files can be included using the following syntax:

<htmlet>hello_world</htmlet>

This example will load the file hello_world.html from the directory /uploads/collectionworkflows/HTMLets/ and produce this output:

hello world

this is a test for the HTMLet extension.
